Highland Community Residential Services established in 1977 offers community-based living support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health challenges. HCRS exists to foster personal growth, independent living and a high quality of life for the people that we support. Our goal is to provide opportunities for individuals to live independently to the fullest extent of their ability within their community.
