1. ESTAELLE is a structured program that promotes essential skill development to increase employment skills and opportunities. This program consists of classroom instruction (and where necessary packages and online learning) in areas of the essential skills, literacy activities, technology training, and life skills training to help with future employment. Participants will learn transferable entry level skills that are applicable to other programs and may help them to attain employment or continue to high school or High School CAEC Prep.  2. Community literacy program for seniors and non-employment focused learners. The JESIE program is designed for seniors or those who are not employment focused to increase their basic digital literacy skills, practice creative ways of keeping literacy skills sharp and relevant, and to engage with others in a meaningful, productive environment. When needed it will encompass family literacy programming which is designed to encourage families to learn together.
