The Community First Service Provider Network met on March 5th at the Cast Away Cafe to share updates and meet some new members. The group also celebrated International Women’s Day with a cake provided by the Antigonish Women’s Resource Centre.
Members of the group discussed upcoming housing projects and received new stickers and fridge magnets promoting the new Community First website found at community-first.ca.
Another in-person session is scheduled for April featuring Stephen Cross, who will facilitate a conversation exploring poverty using theatre activities. More details will follow.Â
