Community First treasurer Keith Towse is shown at left accepting a cheque from MoDG Councillor Susan Cashin. MoDg has created an operating fund stream that Community First was successful in receiving for 2025-26. The program commitment is for $20,000 per year for four years. This funding will help Community First leverage other funding programs, hire staff and consultants, make property improvements and improve our tenants experiences. It will also be used to support our Community First Service Provider Network.
